21 Dec 2011 - Internet privacy injunction
Matthew Richardson has successfully obtained an injunction in the High Court to restrain the publication of personal photographs on the internet through using BitTorrent. The injunction, granted under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 by Ramsey J on 19 December, is believed to be the first of its kind.
