Instruct us

Our clerking team are always happy to help and to suggest the best way for you to access our services. They are the first point of contact for all our clients and they have an extensive knowledge of each barrister’s areas of practice. Led by Chief Clerk John White, the clerks will be able to recommend to you the most suitable members of Chambers to provide the services you require.

For details of how to contact our clerks, please see the contact us page.

Our barristers are typically instructed by solicitors in England and Wales, both in house and in private practice. Please click here to see our standard contractual Terms and Conditions for the acceptance of work.

However, we regularly receive instructions from employed barristers, licensed conveyancers, authorised litigators, Parliamentary agents, patent agents, European Patent Attorneys, trade mark agents, Notaries and others with licences to instruct counsel.

We can also accept instructions from a number of other sources, including from legal professionals practicing outside England and Wales.

Most barristers at Henderson Chambers can accept instructions from companies and individuals via the Direct Access scheme

We very much look forward to hearing from you soon.
